PRICING
The prices of all products mentioned on this web site include all taxes but do not include processing and shipping fees.
All orders, whatever their origin, should be paid in Pounds Sterling.
OLATUNDE reserves the right to modify any product price at any time; the only valid price being the price mentioned in the catalogue on the day the order was made.
However, modifications will not be made to an order once confirmed without requesting permission of the client.
Any product remains OLATUNDE's property until its payment was duly cashed by OLATUNDE.
Discounts are disgressionary and only considered on orders over £300, but not guarenteed
ORDER METHODS
Orders enquiries are made through OLATUNDE's online shop whereby clicking in "order" generates an ORDER REQUEST.
Upon email confirmation and after receipt of an Invoice from OLATUNDE, orders are then paid by the client, using Bank Transfer or Paypal.
OLATUNDE reserves the right to cancel any order coming from a client involved in a dispute with OLATUNDE about the payment of a previous order.
VALIDATION
By paying the order invoice at the end of the ordering process, you declare that you accept the order and agree with all the present terms and conditions of use, without exceptions. The data registered by OLATUNDE constitute the legal evidence of all the transactions occurred between OLATUNDE and the client.
AVAILABILITY
The content of the OLATUNDE catalogue in terms of products and prices is valid as long as it is displayed on the website, subject to stock availability.
Product availability information is given to the client when he/she makes an order request.
In the extremely unlikely case of a product becoming unavailable after your order was made, I will keep you informed by email, post mail or phone-call as quickly as possible.
You are then entitled to cancel or replace your order, which you can do immediately in reply to my notice, by post mail, email or phone-call.
DELIVERY
To date, all products for sale in the online shop section of OLATUNDE are delivered all over the world according to the carrier's capacities.
Products are delivered at the address that the customer has mentioned in the online order process. Delivery time will be specified when the order is confirmed by OLATUNDE and details with be given to the client of the expected delivery date.
OLATUNDE only uses well trusted, professional and reliable couriers, however OLATUNDE is not liable for the unlikely possible consequences of a delivery delay.
Any order that should remain unshipped after a 14-day period, starting from the day of the order, may be cancelled, unless specific delivery schedule is mentioned by OLATUNDE in the product presentation or communicated to the customer whilst the order is still in progress.
In the case of unusual lateness, OLATUNDE will give you notice of its particular cause by e-mail or any other means of communication as quickly as possible.
Any problem noticed by the customer on delivery (damage, product partially missing or not matching the delivery slip...) must be mentioned in detail on the delivery slip (as "Handwritten reservations") and signed by the customer. If the parcel should reach the customer opened or damaged, the customer must report the fact to OLATUNDE immediately so that an investigation can be launched. No claim that is made after 72 hours of receipt will normally be treated.
Processing times are specific for each order and will be clearly stated on the invoice to the client. The client often has the option of express delivery, which will naturally incur a greater cost.
In case of returned products, the product(s) should be sent back to OLATUNDE at the client's expense and risks. Transport shall then be billed and deducted from the refundable sum.
PAYMENT METHOD
All orders to be paid by PAYPAL or Bank Transfer. OLATUNDE is working towards accepting card payments soon.
PAYPAL - It is a simple, free service that only requires a valid email address and not necessarily a paypal account.
BANK TRANSFER - To the bank details as provided on your invoice.Your bank may add an additional charge for this service.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The client is entitled to renounce a purchase within 72 hours, starting from the day of delivery and shall be reimbursed in exchange for the return of the product(s).
Products must be sent back in their original condition and packing, at the client's expense and risk. The client is obliged to send OLATUNDE a notification of a return before sending.
In the unlikely case of a need to return a products, OLATUNDE commits to repay the client within 14 days.
The repayment shall occur either by bank transfer or by PAYPAL payment but only to the client who placed the original order, at the invoice address.
In case of complaint, the client shall give his/her address and other contact details, invoice number, the product(s)'s reference number(s) appearing on the invoice and the reasons for dissatisfaction. No claim for refund shall be fulfilled unless the product(s) is(are) returned in its(their) original state and packing (including all extra material, accessories, manual etc.), with a copy of the original invoice.
Incomplete or damaged products that were previously undamaged shall not be refunded.
Any return of product is subject to a formal agreement between the seller and the buyer. By accepting the return of a product means that OLATUNDE recognises that the delivered product has at least one obvious defect or does not match the client's order. In that case, the client is entitled to a free replacement of the product or a part exchange, but not to damage compensations of any kind. All products must be returned in their original packing within 72 hours after the time of delivery. When possible, subject to the seller's agreement, photos showing obvious defects, instead of the product itself, might be sent within 48 hours too.
Product returns shall be made out to the address provided by OLATUNDE, once the return has been approved.
DISCOUNTS
Any discounts to an order are discretionary only.
ENFORCEABLE LAW - DISPUTE
The present General Sales Conditions are subjected to the English Law.
All requests and complaints shall be received kindly and with attention, as any customer willing to explain the situation/problem clearly is, in principle, considered honest. In case of persistent disagreement, the dispute shall be brought before the competent Court in London, UK
